Email Marketing / Marketing Automation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an Email Marketing and Marketing Automation Specialist to design, implement, and manage effective email campaigns and automation workflows. This role involves list segmentation, A/B testing, performance analysis, and optimizing campaigns for engagement and conversion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Manage email lists, segmentation, and subscriber databases.
• Design and build responsive email templates.
• Set up and manage marketing automation workflows.
• Conduct A/B tests to optimize email performance (subject lines, content, CTAs).
• Monitor and analyze email campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
• Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging email content.

Skills Required

• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot).
• Understanding of marketing automation principles and tools.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices, including deliverability, A/B testing, and analytics.
• Basic HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in email marketing or marketing automation is preferred but entry-level candidates with strong aptitude will be considered.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
