We are seeking an IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers. Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for various IT positions.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, direct networking, and other innovative methods.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
• Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes.
• Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices.

Skills Required

• 1-2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
• Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
