About the Role
We are seeking an IT Recruiter with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing offers. If you have a knack for identifying top tech talent and a passion for building strong teams, this role is for you.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for various IT positions.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, direct networking, and other innovative methods.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes.
- Stay updated on market trends and recruitment best practices.
Skills Required
- 1-2 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
- Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment mandates simultaneously.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Demonstrable experience in closing IT positions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
