Roles & Responsibilities

• Learn to source potential candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, networking).
• Assist senior recruiters in screening resumes and applications.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
• Understand IT skill sets and job requirements.
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs (as applicable).

Skills Required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to learn and a proactive attitude.
• Basic understanding of IT terminology is a plus.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

Eligibility

• Recent graduate in any discipline (BBA, MBA in HR preferred but not mandatory).

• Based in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
